The ideal candidate should have the following experience and qualification:

Skills:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills and confidently handle & dealing with difficult users/customers.

Major Job Responsibilities:
• Must be responsible for multiple locations in their regions (must have a bike)
• Will have to perform IT first level diagnostics with regards to front-end and back-end network issues
• New switches installation, Installation of WIFI access points
• Installation of IP phones, IP Telephony Support, installation and configuration.
• Installation of new network nodes and replacement of old network nodes
• IT rack management services within all designated network rooms.
• Will have to co-ordinate with service desk for the status of current and pending complaints
