The ideal candidate should have the following experience and qualification:

Skills:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills and confidently handle & dealing with difficult users/customers.

Major Job Responsibilities:
• Must be responsible for multiple locations in their regions (must have a bike)
• Will have to perform IT first level diagnostics with regards to CPU, desktops, scanners, printers, software , IP phones, network issues
• Must also be able to install and configure the above mentioned items
• Will need to co-ordinate with service desk for the status of current and pending complaints
