Major Job Responsibilities:
• Will lead the team of support personnel to ensure SLA/SLT's are met
• Will ensure that the attendance of support personnel is as per the target
• Will ensure that the work is completed as per quality standard
• Will help in troubleshooting an issue when difficulty is faced by an engineer
• will help the team in solution monitoring
• will ensure high customer satisfaction and resolving any critical issues
• will help the operations manager in financial management of the project by keeping record of all the expenditures and ensuring project is kept within the budget
